It provides:
- Details of the company’s scope of approval, organisation and management commitment to meeting customer requirements through the Quality Policy
- Reference to the structure and control of documented procedures within the Quality System
- Description of the interaction of the individual processes within the Quality System
The Quality Management System (QMS) defined in this document has been established to control the organisational and business operational functions of Elma-Mektron. The general principle of the management system is to provide a framework to enable the business objectives and agreed customer requirements to be achieved.
