Turnkey Design and Materials Procurement
Elma-Mektron can provide a full turnkey solution on the procurement of in-house designed parts right from commodity items, custom designed sheet metal, electronic assemblies through to custom designed transportation packaging.

Management of Customer Free-Issue Material
There is in place a comprehensive management system for controlling customer free-issue items right from identification of parts as a dependency to the provision of full traceability of those parts within the customer product.

Sub-Tier Supplier Management
Elma-Mektron has extensive and proven experience in the management of sub-tier suppliers providing a range of services from - PCB design

Project Management
The company provides a complete project management interface to all projects ranging from design, manufacture to post shipment support. A bespoke project management system tracks prioritises, all requests and communication from customers on issues ranging from design changes, quote/order amendments, status of customer dependencies etc.

Rapid Response to Volume and Engineering Changes
Elma-Mektron is able to provide rapid response to design changes to products as and when they occur - either during the design phase, manufacturing phase or the installation phase.
